a broader appreciation of cockpit aviation and aerospace medicine.

Dr. Ritter is an aero medical examiner, physician, and rated pilot. His mission has been dedicated to the safety and continued flying practices of pilots since 1974. He is a pilot advocate and specializes in special issuance cases. Dr. Ritter is also a board member of the Civil Aviation Medical Association and International Physician Group in aviation medicine.

Dr. Ritter was raised in an aviation-oriented family and today practices aviation medicine exclusively. After 30 years of practice in Arizona, Dr. Ritter has worked with doctors associated with nearly every aviation organization (AOPA, APA, etc.). His involvement in the aero medical community has assisted his continued effort to certify special medical issuance cases.
