I am sorry for any inconvenience my resignation (4/5/10) from Sadler Clinic may have caused you. I will be in my new office (under construction) at the inersection of I-45 and FM 3083 (Teas Nursery Rd) next spring. Meanwhile, come see us at our temporary location. I am at Lake Area Medical Center. From Conroe, it is about 9 miles west of Loop 336W on highway 105, near the intersection at the blue heron bay traffic signal. Phone 936-582-5642.
Your medical records will be requested from Sadler Clinic when I see you. Be sure to bring your card, and any correspondence from the FAA about your medical exam since I will not have ready access to your prior physicals.
