While entering data through MedXPress, the applicant should provide the number of civilian flight hours in the 6-month period immediately preceding the date of this application. Enter the number of pilot hours (in whole numbers). The number of hours listed in 15 (last 6 mos) should not exceed the number of hours listed in 14 (total hrs). The applicant should indicate whether those hours are logged (LOG) or estimated (EST).
