Content

(a) First-class. Any aviation medical examiner (AME) who is specifically designated for the purpose may perform examinations for the first-class medical certificate.

(b)Second- and Third-class Any aviation medical examiner (AME) may perform examinations for the second-or third-class medical certificate.
